free for new clients for 6 months. After this period users can choose to
join our standard maintenance package.
This package includes
online support, upgrades and product information. Medi-Voice is a
continuously improving product; by receiving the upgrades users are
guaranteed to keep up with the latest technologies and dictation
standards.
We currently do not provide telephone support. We can however further
discuss your support options and provide solutions individually.
All support enquiries should be accompanied with your 'Purchase Code'
which is given to you at the time of sale. Simply email your request and
purchase code to the following email address for support.
